I pursued a claim against my employer,

I was at work when one of our machines malfunctioned and started throwing out pieces of material. I was injured inside a delivery truck

I was injured inside a delivery truck while I was out delivering packages (the truck had been loaded unsafely and a tall stack of boxes collapsed and struck me). He took care of absolutely everything
