A pothole in a store parking lot caused me to fall. Although my first reaction was to get up and just get to my car as soon as possible, my injuries simply did not allow me to do so. A few days later, I spoke with my lawyer and started the process of filing a claim against the negligent property owne...r. I was injured inside a delivery truck

I was injured inside a delivery truck while I was out delivering packages (the truck had been loaded unsafely and a tall stack of boxes collapsed and struck me). My son suffered multiple fractures and lacerations in a park incident

My son suffered multiple fractures and lacerations in a park incident (he was on a swing when it suddenly collapsed, causing him to fall).
