I was arrested for a DUI after a traffic accident and the cop said I was falling over so I could not do my tests. I ended up with a urine test that was positive for cocaine and Xanax. Nicholas Rosenberg kept fighting for me and ended up getting my DUI case dismissed! I never lost my Commercial Driver's License.

Mr. Rosenberg won a case brought against me concerning a civil restraining order. The judge denied the order against me and gave us the Moral High Ground which brought discredit to the Plaintiff. Mr. Rosenberg utilized professional, calm, yet focused communication skills on all fronts, between us as client/attorney, with the judge, and with the Plaintiff. He strategized with me and viewed the item at hand from all different perspectives and angles allowing for us to be prepared on all fronts in the event any surprises where submitted to the court on the day of the hearing--and of course the surprises came and we were well prepared. I strongly recommend Mr. Rosenberg for legal resprentation.

Nicholas Rosenberg saved me! I was facing eviction, the loss of my children and rental income based on criminal threat allegations. Nicholas appeared in court with me. His diligence was admirable, his tenaciousness effective. He was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and aggressive and persuaded the judge effectively. I can remain in my home with my children and my pets thanks to his intelligent and thorough work. I highly recommend Nicholas Rosenberg

Nicholas represented me and did an excellent job-- the case against me was dismissed, even though a young Deputy District Attorney (DDA) was persistently attacking me in the courtroom. Nicholas remained calm during the DDA's boisterous, upsetting opening argument, and delivered an excellent opening statement of his own. In fact, the DDA later commented outside the courtroom to Nicholas that he was very impressed with Mr. Rosenberg's opening statement.
Mr. Rosenberg was very astute, and caught the DDA violating agreed upon terms for the proceeding. He firmly, but politely, pointed this fact out to the judge and the case was declared a mistrial and immediately dismissed. The DDA's tactic was somewhat subtle, and I feel that a less astute attorney may have just let the DDA continue, not recognizing the violation.
Having worked in the criminal justice system myself for 11 years, I was impressed with Mr. Rosenberg's attention to detail and ability to analyze events surrounding this case. Nicholas has a very professional demeanor that commands respect in the courtroom.
I highly recommend him!
