After many years of trying to fix errors in my immigration documents, I asked Ms. Sotelo to help me with the process. She examined all of my previous submissions (which was years worth of paperwork) and explained how to solve the problem given the intricacies of working with the State Department and... USCIS. Before she made a recommendation, she helped me obtain additional records in order to understand the facts before she proceeded to work. With the proper information in hand, she put together a plant of action of what she intended to do and what she need from me. With her representation, she drafted a response on my behalf and sent out the documents. She then explained what we should expect from a timeline perspective and even laid out a contingency plan.
