Giselle is a Godsend. After I cleaned up my record, Giselle filed a Motion To Reopen my deportation case. The successful MTR led to filing for a 212c Waiver and Giselle represented me through multiple hard-fought hearings before immigration judges. The waiver was granted, deportation ended, and my Le...gal Permanent Residence card was returned, dated back to the 80s when it was first issued. Immediately upon receiving the LPR we filed N400 and Giselle accompanied me to the Naturalization interview. Throughout this entire journey Giselle has been extremely tactful in legal maneuvering, clever in finding solutions to dilemmas, and a good-hearted person out to do good in the world.
