Brian Masjedian

Brian Masjedian is the founding attorney of The Masjedian Law Firm, APLC, a Los Angeles law corporation serving California clients in personal injury, lemon law, employment and labor, workers' compensation, property damage, and insurance claim disputes.

A graduate of the University of Southern California and Southwestern Law School, and a licensed member of the California State Bar (No. 357298), Brian represents clients in matters where the stakes demand sustained attention. His files are prepared as if trial is already set, because the cases that settle on strong terms are the ones the other side understands will be tried if necessary.

Brian is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Persian, and serves clients across Los Angeles County and throughout California. The firm operates under The Masjedian Law Firm, APLC, with a consumer-facing brand, The Justice Brothers, for high-volume personal injury matters. Both brands are the same California Professional Law Corporation, with the same retainer framework, the same California Bar registration, and the same attorney of record.
