Jack C Sung

I have condensed my long review detailing how he mishandled my case out of profession courtesy. Long-story short, I 2016 I engaged him to prepare my H1B petition and the entire application was torpedoed from the get-go. There was an extreme display of a lack of professionalism throughout the applicat...ion and post-application, which was only remedied when I reached out to the Managing Partner directly. If you must engage Jack's services, I advise you to TRIPLE CHECK EVERY FORM he prepares for you and be prepared to follow-up yourself at every point (i.e. don't just assume things are peachy). It appears he has had some success in the years past with some positive reviews, but I encourage you to hold his hand throughout your application in order to mitigate any risk of issues.

Although my case didn't get closed due to an early (unexpected) divorce, Jack nonetheless was as helpful, informative, and prompt as he could handle on his end. Now that I am applying for Deferred Action for illegal Aliens that were minors when entering the country, there is no immigration attorney ...I can trust with my situation other than Jack! I highly recommend him just for the fact that he takes his cases seriously! I almost feel like he is a family member that is taking care of my immigration processes. I trust him wholeheartedly and I believe that you will too. There are many immigration attorneys in LA but Jack is one of the few trustworthy, caring types, and I do mean FEW.

Jack helped me with my green card process. I am from the Philippines and I married my U.S. Citizen boyfriend. My boyfriend's mother referred me to Jack's law office. When I emailed Jack with my problem, he responded within 1 hour and gave me a lot of helpful information. I decided to have Jack he...lp me because he said he had a lot of experience getting green cards through marriage. He also let me pay him on a payment plan. I am only working part-time at my auntie's restaurant so this was also very important. He went with us to the interview and I got my green card. Thank you so much!! Not only was he very smart with the process, he was also very nice. I always asked him a lot of questions and he answered.

I called a lot of law offices before I chose Mr Sung. The reason for that was because 1) I was NOT able to speak to any laywer (just paralegals or some assistants) to discuss my case. They all wanted me to pay first before discussing my case, except Mr Sung. He answered all my questions and concern, ...and then told me he would accept my case if I decided to move forward. 2) He was very patient! I guess I am one of those people that just want to make sure that everything is OK, so I called him almost every couple weeks to see how the case went, and guess what? He actually gave me his direct extension so that I could reach him directly, instead of going through other assistants or paralegals. He was very patient throughout the process and took time to meet with me in his office (week nite and weekend actually). I told all my friends that if they need any immigration help, it's Mr. Sung! He totally changed my idea of lawyers!!!
