I was filing for a status reinstatement case and the RFE required me to submit additional explanation regarding my reason for becoming out-of-status. I decided to look for legal assistance in preparing for the letter. Among the four lawyers I contacted regarding this, the three others did not fully ...understand the situation and simply asked me to withdraw from the case and leave the country. Some even provided incorrect information regarding the current DHS regulations.
