Frank Oliver Fox

In the late 90's my Mother engaged this law firm to draw up a Last Will and Testament plus a Living Trust Document. On my Mother's death I became Trustee Executor of the estate. Some family members went to Fox & Fox to draw up a Petition to have me Removed as Trustee Executor. The allegations we...re false, they were beaten before they struck the P in Petition, however my Rebuttal was Overruled. Given control of the estate, Fox & Fox sent me fraudulent financial accounts, not knowing that I had studied Accounts Bookkeeping. This is not the only time the firm has been shown to be engaged in shoddy and questionable practice. They are so unscrupulous and heartless they would try to rob a woman paralysed with multiple sclerosis. The Dan Evans article, 'Woman Defeats Lawyer's Lien For Fees' taken from the case of Corell v Law Firm of Fox & Fox shows exactly what this firm has been doing, perhaps for ages: they should be investigated for conducting illegal practices.

The smartest person I have ever seen in legal field. He knows every detail about every single rule that may apply to the matter that you discuss with him, without any delay or even using a law reference book. HE IS AN EXTREMELY SMART ATTORNEY. I can trust him with my eyes closed. He went to a re...straining order hearing matter on my behalf with a very short notice and he just got the best possible outcome. It is very important to have faith and confidence in the attorney you choose in a family matter, and Frank Fox is the one on top of it. He is very intelligent, very knowledgeable, very strong and assertive, and a respected attorney who scares the hell out of the opposing side for his in-depth and accurate utilization of law sections in every aspect of your case.

The toughest job was to find useful, intelligent attorneys who will stand by me with values, principals and integrity. No doubt all attorneys are expensive. I recalled the opposing counsel who I hated so much because Frank O. Fox and Claire S. Fox were so dam good in litigation that they wiped out ...my previous family law, divorce attorney. After I lost my divorce-marital case, I thought why not hire those amazingly sophisticated attorneys who my counsel hated so much because they were far beyond her and colleagues – The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox are bullet proof machines with sophisticated creativity. I retained Fox And Fox for my complex Trust matter after my parents passed away. Fox And Fox legally shot down 12 highly litigated objections, petitions and won the war against creditors, beneficiaries and siblings. The 10 opposition Trust, conservatorship, probate counsels also hated FRANK O. FOX AND CLAIRE S. FOX because Fox And Fox were legally tactical and unveiled their frivolous claims. In fact, I told Fox And Fox to sue those attorneys for writing made up reviews about them. Thank you Fox And Fox for your diligent work and yet still having rare values in your practice.

In 1999 my mother approached the law firm of Fox & Fox who she then engaged to draw up a Will and a Living Trust document for her. In 2000 she wrote to Fox & Fox demanding that they send her the original documents, which they duly did. In 2001 my mother died and I became Trustee/Executor of her est...ate. Within a couple of months of our mother's passing my siblings hired Frank O Fox to petition the court to have me removed as Trustee/Executor of the estate. The charges amounted to no more than baseless allegations, reams of paper, but no evidence. As such, they -my siblings and Frank O Fox- were beaten before they struck the P in Petition. However, the judge, Thomas Stoever- the newly appointed supervisor of the probate department with "very little experience in probate," - 'gave control' of my mother's estate to Fox and his clients. After some three years of to-ing and fro-ing Frank Fox committed what I can only describe as an act of legal suicide. Not knowing that I had a degree in maths he sent me fraudulent accounts replete with omissions and inaccuracies. Most significantly, there was a charge of misappropriation of funds and a cancelled cheque which should not have been there. To add insult to injury there was even a threat to take me to court if documents were not signed. For the past 7 years I've been trying to get the State Bar Council to look into the matter, I've even written to the Board of Governors, and the Governor of California, to no avail. I've recently read an article from 2005 by Dan Evans entitled: "Woman defeats lawyer's lien for fees" which seems to suggest to me that in 2009 we are still having problems with Frank Fox. Something needs to be done about this man. When saying so, I think it outrageous that Frank O Fox is still allowed to practice law in LA. From my own experience one word sums up Frank O Fox: charlatan.
