Carmen Jean Qualls

I must agree with other clients who found Carmen Qualls rude, arrogant, and unknowledgeable, with very poor communication skills. She did little or nothing for so long that she allowed our aunt's house to go into foreclosure, which cost us considerably in late fees to redeem. This simple administrat...ive probate was such a stressful situation at times we questioned her mental health among ourselves! And, while she eventually got the job done after almost 2 years, this experience left us completely stressed out and frustrated by what was the most unprofessional behavior I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
