My wife and I were nervous about trying to apply for an adjustment of status on our own, so we decided we needed to find a firm to help us through the mountain of paperwork. Through some connections in Los Angeles we found the Ponce Law Group. At the time we were living in Washington, D.C., and in the process we also moved to Davis, CA. Roger and his team were helpful throughout the whole process and were great at working with us long distance. My wife transitioned from a G4 Visa to the adjustment of status, and Roger made sure that she got her work permit in timely matter so that she could continue working in DC. My step son also goes home to Colombia to stay with his dad in the summers-- so Roger pushed hard and made sure that we got the advanced parole in time. We went through our interview in San Francisco, and everything was so well-organized that we got the notice of adjustment of status much earlier than expected. All around, we were very satisfied with Roger's service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help regarding immigration.
