Nicole Widdis and her staff by far exceeded my expectations as my attorney. I was referred to Nicole after being recently separated and needing legal representation. I retained Nicole while I was unsure of this whole divorce process and what my rights were as a father to 3 children and owning a hou...se with my wife (at the time), the other party was extremely difficult and I knew my divorce wasn’t going to be easy. Due to my wife’s actions/difficult ness my divorce lasted a few years and Nicole was right there with me the whole time as my counterpart guiding me through the process. Nicole is a great listener and knew exactly what was important to me and asked questions to find out more. She is very smart and knowledgeable and always found smart suitable solutions when I needed them. She assured me of what my rights were and what I’am deserved and made me feel VERY good knowing I have her on my side. Nicole is very responsive at getting back to me wether it was the weekend or late nights during the week, she communicates easily and is easily understandable. When we had our settlement conference coming up and while in court she showed up for me when it mattered most. She dedicated a lot of time and efforts and worked hard to meet all the court deadlines throughout the whole process. She helped get me through this very stressful case and was excellent and very professional representation. OVERALL I’d give Nicole 10 out of 10 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the turnout of my divorce. I got everything I wanted and some. You will not be disappointed retaining Nicole if your in need of legal representation. I will continue to use her services if needed post divorce.

I hired her to represent me in my divorce. She was confident that once she got to the court room she would get everything I wanted “and more.” She told me this for months. I sent her everything she asked for (and more) in a timely manner. In fact, she told me I was her “dream client.” Yet when we arr...ived to court it was very apparent that she was unprepared & outmatched. She did not know simple facts about PERS retirement options even though she knew I am a public servant (she googled it in the lobby of the courtroom). Instead of fighting for what she told me should would, she conceded to every single demand from our opponent without pushing back on my behalf. She kept telling me “this is how it’s done.” She did not advocate for me against a very adversarial judge. Instead, she caved to the other attorney & judge & “piled on” me pushing me to “just sign & get this over with.” After I demanded she advocate for me (her client) not herself or “the system” she stopped returning my calls, working on my behalf, and eventually was terminated. I am devastated that I put my trust, my children, & my future in her hands. She took them all.

I hired Nicole with literally 72 hrs until a court hearing with my ex who i share 50-50 everything with regarding kids In which she had us prevail on a multitude of issues due to her diligence and knowledge of modern day family law.Not only did she prepare all appropriate documentation ,she prepared ...me as what to expect. I feel she over delivered by leaps and bound regarding getting many corrections done to my financial situation with my ex and bring to light her vindictive nature to the judge in a tactful manner.All this was done at a reasonable fee , with explanation in detail of all charges.I would like to think my days in court are over, but i doubt it and know that i can count on Nicole's excellent representation !
