Lance White

I've been on the opposing side in several cases with Lance, and in my experience, he's ineffective and pursues extreme positions. He lost every matter I was involved in, such as arguing against a child's necessary dental care because his client felt 'uncomfortable' (despite the client not having visi...ted one in roughly 20 years). He's also filed for protection and custody orders based on what appeared to be exaggerated or false claims, leading to his clients being trespassed by police; who, in at least one instance, indicated the client was the instigator of trouble over multiple calls. I can point to several 'facts' submitted in those cases that were flat-out inaccurate or lies, yet Lance proceeded without apparent hesitation. Maybe he knew, maybe he didn't? The silver lining for certain clients? If you have a weak case and insist on going to trial with questionable statements, whether provable or not, he seems willing to push forward, even if it ultimately backfires in court.
