Cotter Clarkson Conway

Cotter was familiar with the Fernley Municipal Court and quickly understood my case and corresponded with me quickly and consistently. Mr. Conway resolved a $1000 + traffic ticket for $115 and got the citation reduced from an unreasonable "aggressive driving" charge to a reasonable 11 mph over limit... speeding violation that was more accurate to the circumstances. At the end of the day he got my case dismissed. I couldn't be happier. No matter what your case is like...call his man, he's a good guy and a good attorney. He knows what he's doing and has been working these kind of cases for years. He's a real pro and I don't think that you can get a better value with anyone else.

My 3 year old left my home two days in a row during a move. I was arrested and charged with child endangerment at first. Then it was changed to felony child abuse/neglect. I think that's what makes him such a great attorney, his willi...ngness to jump through hoops with the DA to come to agreements of lesser charges. My case was extremely difficult because I had CPS involved for 6 months and they refused to give good reports to the DA even though I was doing everything I was supposed to. But Cotter never gave up. And 6 months after I retained him, it was dismissed.
