Biography
I am an experienced business attorney with over 35 years in practice, in public service, private practice and as in-house counsel. I have handled all types of litigation from criminal to business disputes to personal issues as well as regulatory matters. Having served on all sides of highly regulated industries, I know the approach of the regulator as well as how to be regulated.
This experience provides a unique perspective on dispute resolution and issue solving. I am available as a mediator or arbitrator or to assist in your legal representation.
I have a specific background in gaming and gaming law, but have been a senior executive for both publicly traded and privately held companies and have experience in all aspects of business from organization to mergers and acquisitions to administration and human resources to regulation and compliance and operations and marketing.
