My mother hired this attorney to do her will. My mom did an addendum to her will which she had me take her and the addendum to a notary public to get signed. Then i drove her to Katherine Bernings office, helped her inside the office where i saw her hand the notorized document to Mrs. Bernings assist...ant. When i tried to contact Mrs Berning after my mother passed she couldnt be reached nor would she return any of my calls or emails. The only one i could reach was a paralegal who informed me that there was no addendum to my mothers will.
