I don’t want to get into too many details. But I paid this guy 3500$ to do basically nothing and after all was said and done needed him to file one motion on my case and he refused. Now I’m paying another lawyer to do what the judge asked him to do during my trial. And he told me he was thinking abo...ut blocking me from calling his cell phone for simply asking about it... Complete waste of money!

First time arrested for anything & Richard made me feel comfortable & safe. He is very up front with the worst outcome just so you are aware but he pushes forcefully for his clients to get the best outcome! He took very good & professional care of my case. I went to Richard to discuss my son being severely injured by a so called friend of his. The kid was not arrested after stabbing my son in the back literally. Richard wrote letters to the District Attorneys office, did some background check, made phone calls and still called me frequently to let me... know what the status was and if he heard anything. Once we got the letter back from the DA, stating again that they were not going to do anything and how sorry they were, Richard started investigating more and believed that my sons civil rights had been violated. Instead of him taking the case, he referred me to someone who was a expert in Human Civil Rights because he said it would take him longer to research everything and end up costing me a lot more money and after everything my son and I had been through, he didn't want me have to pay for the fight. I barely had to pay him for all the work he did for a months worth of investigation and then he referred me to someone who took the case on contingency. I have never heard of a lawyer doing that. It's all about the money and Richard didn't care about that. He cared more about my family and getting justice for my son. I would recommend him to anyone.
