Richard A. Molezzo

I went to Richard to discuss my son being severely injured by a so called friend of his. The kid was not arrested after stabbing my son in the back literally. Richard wrote letters to the District Attorneys office, did some background check, made phone calls and still called me frequently to let me... know what the status was and if he heard anything. Once we got the letter back from the DA, stating again that they were not going to do anything and how sorry they were, Richard started investigating more and believed that my sons civil rights had been violated. Instead of him taking the case, he referred me to someone who was a expert in Human Civil Rights because he said it would take him longer to research everything and end up costing me a lot more money and after everything my son and I had been through, he didn't want me have to pay for the fight. I barely had to pay him for all the work he did for a months worth of investigation and then he referred me to someone who took the case on contingency. I have never heard of a lawyer doing that. It's all about the money and Richard didn't care about that. He cared more about my family and getting justice for my son. I would recommend him to anyone.

Richard has a great professional attitude. He took my case even though this is not his Forte, he was doing this to help me after I explained the situation. Richard was on top of everything that came up during the hearing. I was completely in awe on how he handled and controlled himself and the court.... Richard schooled the opposing attorney. Hands down I would call Richard for any legal problems I might have. This guy is GREAT, I give him 6 stars, he's that good!!!!!
