I have substantial experience in all facets of civil litigation and have enjoyed significant success in recovering my clients' fees and costs from the opposing litigants following successful outcomes. I have enjoyed particular success in the appellate arena, authoring several successful appeals and writs in high profile and complex cases to the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I have handled tens of millions of dollars in commercial sales transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, title issues, etc.
