OUTCOME: IGT eventually satisfied the judgment by paying our client its damages, attorneys' fees and costs totaling nearly $3,000,000..

Industrial tenant IGT missed its deadline to exercise its early lease termination option by ten days, thereby losing its option and owing our client Prologis, the landlord, the unpaid rent and other ch ... arges through the end of the lease term - a total of $2,531,299, which the court awarded as damages after a bench trial. We were eventually awarded virtually all of our client's legal fees and costs - totaling $391,996.48.
