Replied last November 29, 2018Hi I understand how disappointing and frustrating those circumstances were. Unfortunately there are times when I get stuck in court and do not know I will be held over until after a time passes with no ability to contact my staff and advise re same. With that being said I am apologetic for the inconvenience that hearing being held over caused you with the time and planning you had afforded. As to not taking new clients, with ebs and flows, I will advise my staff of that determination as it arises so that I can ensure those that retain get the time each matter deserves. With that being said, I am certainly happy to give you information without charge at a time convenient for you. While I’m certain you have likely obtained counsel by the time I am seeing this, without any expectation except to give you information you seek, im happy to do so if you are not represented. If you have found counsel I truly hope you are obtaining the results you had originally sought when pursuing your legal matter. Again it is never my intention to disappoint and I apologize for your experience
