I made an appt with Katilyn Miller based on the amazing reviews. After waiting one month for my scheduled consultation--and very eager to get moving forward with my decision to divorce--I arrived at her office to be told that she was in court. The receptionist, Marilyn, was unapologetic and said this... happens sometimes. I said "yes, but couldn't you have let me know before i left my kids with a sitter and drove 30 min to be here?". She said Kaitlyn could call me at 2:30 that afternoon. I was disappointed since I had hoped to meet her and get a feel for her so that I could know if she was someone I would want to represent me, but nevertheless went home and made arrangements so that I was free during the time in the afternoon. 2 minutes before 2:30, Marilyn, the receptionist, called me and said "Katilyn has just informed me that she is no longer taking no clients." I said, "I have been waiting for an appt for one month and she is telling me now that she isn't taking new clients?" I suppose there was no use talking to Marilyn about how unprofessional this seems. At any rate, I was extremely disappointed in there handling of this consultation. It felt very irresponsible and if that is representative of how she works, I would not want her representing me.

I never thought I would need an attorney for my child custody case. Boy was I wrong! My experience with Kaitlyn was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more. Erin was amazing. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered. As a single father she understands the challenges, the obstacles, a...nd the smoke screens one has to deal with another attorney. Just wrapped up our case and I am glad that I picked the right one the first time.

Going through a custody battle was the most stressful and heartbreaking experience of my life. After calling several and getting nowhere but even more stressed out because of the enormous expense, I happened upon Kaitlyn. I phoned her and couldn't believe that she talked to me on the phone for a period of time without insisting I make a $300 appointment first. In fact, I had a couple conversations with her before retaining her in which she kindly and very generously provided a generalized explanation of the situation and options about how I could choose to proceed. Once I retained Mrs. Miller, I quickly learned that she is extremely knowledgable about the law and is impressively articulate when preparing documents and when she represented me in court. My case was unique in that I had a very strict deadline to meet. Mrs. Miller was very respectful and cognizant of this stressor. She would often contact me from her home, working very long, late hours to ensure my case was prepared to the best of her ability. I truly felt like we worked as a team and I feel extremely fortunate that I was able to have her fighting for me and my child. As scary and stressful as this situation was, I believe the outcome was favorable for my child because Mrs. Miller gave our case the respect and effort it deserved. I hope to never go to court again, but if I do I would not hesitate to contact Mrs. Miller instantly. If you are researching lawyers, there is no one that will have more integrity and commitment to your case that Mrs. Miller. I truly recommend her without hesitation.

My divorce case was very interesting messy horrible etc. Kaitlyn helped me not only achieve my goal in obtaining joint custody of my children she also helped me keep my sanity in this horrible year long process . I would recommend her to anyone who needs an amazing Lawyer at a fair price.
