In addition to being a criminal defense attorney of 36 years, I sit as a Judge Pro Tem in Reno, NV. I handle cases all over the State of Nevada. In addition, I am the former the Chair of the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education and am the Chair of the Solo and Small Practice Section of the State Bar of Nevada. I handle everything from dui cases to murder cases. You will only speak with me about your case and never a paralegal. I accept payment plans and do not charge interest. I take on only a limited number of cases to ensure you have the attention you need and deserve.

Very Pleased
I am from CA and received a speeding ticket at a Reno speed trap. I contacted Jenny and she agreed to represent me for a very reasonable fee. I sent her a check for the fee and about 6-8 weeks later, she let me know that my ticket had been reduced. I highly recommend her services!!

Resolved my speeding ticket
I received a speeding ticket (1pt) in Reno area. Unfortunately the court did not accept Traffic school. I am California resident and did not have time to travel to the court in Nevada to talk to DA's office. I retained Ms. Hubach and she was able to get the ticket converted to a parking ticket. Entir...

Just. Don't.
Absolutely awful. She was rude, unresponsive, did not manage my case at all (I had to do my own research and tell her, "Hey, don't you need this information at this point?"), did not fight for me, botched my case such that I was stuck with $46,000 in restitution that I didn't owe (which required me t...

Just don't.
Dialed it in. I had to manage her and keep her on task. Fractious and ill-tempered. Found out after the fact that she has a terrible reputation amongst the legal community in the area. She did not advocate for me nor did she do the most minimum of her job, which left me with tens of thousands in rest...
"25 years of criminal law practice is what we refer to as experienced. Excellent education at U.O.P. Mc George school of law. Her knowledge of both criminal law and procedure is excellent and evident in her pro bono contributions here. 16 years as a pro tem judge in Reno is outstanding and not an easy position to acheive. You can be sure that her court experience is substantial and she has ruled on thousands of matters. Do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation with her. KUDOS"
