In addition to being a criminal defense attorney of 36 years, I sit as a Judge Pro Tem in Reno, NV. I handle cases all over the State of Nevada. In addition, I am the former the Chair of the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education and am the Chair of the Solo and Small Practice Section of the State Bar of Nevada. I handle everything from dui cases to murder cases. You will only speak with me about your case and never a paralegal. I accept payment plans and do not charge interest. I take on only a limited number of cases to ensure you have the attention you need and deserve.

Not for Black People
Helped prosicuters send me to prison for a 2 - 10 for my 2nd DUI. Being Black in Washoe county. Stay out of washoe county.

Replied last August 13, 2019So untrue. It was a second Felony DUI. As this is public record I can post this. I am sorry you feel that way, I even gave you a dramatic fee discount even though you told me it was a second DUI which would have been a misdemeanor.
