Biography
I am a partner in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am an AV rated attorney, and a member of the State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of California. My practice is focused on litigation with an emphasis on civil, commercial and class action litigation, real estate matters, wage & hour disputes, construction defect matters, and representation of creditors. I have also been fortunate to represent numerous small and medium sized businesses in contractual and administrative matters.
Additionally, I have represented all types of plaintiffs in contingency matters, including small and medium sized businesses; start-ups, injury claims, class actions, and whistleblowers/Qui Tam cases. On the business and real estate side, I have successfully represented landlords, investors, and commercial developers in lawsuits.
I have lived in Nevada for over 30 years and consider myself a Nevada native. I enjoy spending time with my three kids, hiking, cycling, and traveling.
