I applied, originally got denied then accepted in the inventor’s assistance program through California Attorney’s for the Arts. I was so thankful and saw it as a sign after all- California Attorney’s for the Arts thanked me for challenging their decision which caused them to rescreen their screening... process for they had been screening applicants wrong including me. So I had high hopes an attorney would pick up my case after all the challenging work I put into getting in that program. But after months of waiting – while the clock was ticking against me-my wait was in vain for no one picked up my case. So I sent emails here and there and eventually got a referral for John Chandler. I explained my situation and without hesitation he agreed to take my case. Several months later my non-provisional application was filed (1/11/16) and my rights were secured.
