I want to thank David Liebrader for his formidable legal skill, strategy, and action. I am an early investor in a healthcare startup that ramped nicely. Everything was great until the founder, 2nd round private equity partner and legal team came at me to cut me out of my stock, warrants and revenu...e based distribution owed to me. I have had the honor of watching Dave in atrial he is representing me and 8 other plaintiffs in. I had no idea how much research and work he had put into this effort. It was truly impressive. And he is fighting this hard for people he really doesn't even know. Yet he expressed how much he wanted to... help us because of the way the defendent had treated us. In the trial He is really on point and knows his law inside and out. In this trial the defense lawyer had to conyinualy rehabiliate his client's testimony on the stand after what Dave's questioning had done. The trial he represents us in is about a person who guaranteed loans from us to raise capital for a new software project. The guarantor renigged on the loan guaranty and left the investors high and dry. Most of us were retirees that thought this was a safe way to grow our retirement nest egg with. After investing I had been forced to retire before I was of social security age because of heart problems. This left me with no income and no medical insurance for me or my wife. She also has health problems and big prescription bills from her lupus and fibromyalgia With no access to my money I'd lent to this company or income to help out, I tried paying off all my credit card debt with what funds I could get my hands on. I wish I had known about Dave at that time. Most creditors were settled but others were written off. This caused me tax problems that hit hard, plus I have diabetes, heart problems, and diabetes along with many other problems that require medical attention and I wasn't on social security at that time. Plus I had car payments and a mortgage. That pretty much wiped me out and now I'm penniless living month to month off my social security checks. I need the money I'd lent to this company Dave has represented others for this same company before i came along and has won them all. But the defendant keeps appealing and the case will be heard in the Nevada Supreme Court. My case hasn't been decided yet, but from what I could see things look good. One thing I do know is that he puts everything into it. I'm truly grateful Dave has taken my case. I don’t know id we’ll win, but even at this point I’m glad I’ve gotten Dave’s help
