I contacted Dave for help with my mother's nonresponsive financial advisor that left us not knowing the status of her accounts, or even which accounts she had. When I reached out to Dave, he clearly knew what was happening and what the next steps were. He even let me know that I didn't need him to... do it - I could do most, if not all, of this on my own. Since I didn't have the bandwidth, I hired him, and he's been incredibly helpful. He's been able to ask the right questions of these companies to get the information I need and answers my own questions on next steps. He even knew the background and dealings with this financial advisor and gave my mother legal advice, which she has actually taken (when she wouldn't listen to the same advice from me). He's very responsive, answering me very quickly, is flexible with scheduling, very knowledgeable in his field, and has given excellent advice. After the issues with this financial advisor, it is a relief to have an attorney with integrity. Definitely happy I found him, and would recommend to anyone.

The next day I got a phone call from him and ask some questions and asked for more information's. The thing about him wherever he is, he always calls me and update me to wh...ere we at. I also consulted behind his back about the cancellation of this said time share and they are asking so much money on hand and promise it will take about a year to close it!
