Benjamin L. Bunker

     I am the founding member of The Bunker Law Group, PLLC. I performed my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah on an academic scholarship. I then  graduated with a B.A. in International Politics and attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where I was awarded a J.D. While attending Loyola Law School, I was a Scott Moot Court competitor and a Research Editor on the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review. I also spent time as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marjorie S. Steinberg of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

     Since graduating from law school, I have worked in a variety of civil litigation and transactional areas while in Nevada, including: personal injury; premises liability; products liability; construction defect; business litigation; intellectual property; business formation; surety defense; and professional liability. I have also served as in-house counsel for several publicly traded companies located in Nevada, including internet based retailers and advertising/marketing companies. As in-house counsel at these companies, I was instrumental in the negotiation and drafting of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, mergers and acquisitions, development of the corporate website, and oversight of compliance by independent contractors.

     I am also a veteran trial attorney and have represented clients in both state and federal courts in Nevada. I am licensed in the state of Nevada and also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

     It is my desire to help start-up and current small businesses succeed by offering them affordable legal resources, including in-house counsel services. I offer a variety of flat-fee and subscription type services that eliminate the billable hour and offer significant value to my clients.
