Wow !! that really sums it up but I will start when I first came into the office and I had just been in an auto accident and as I stand there checking in a man standing to my left in normal jogging clothing that I wasn't really aware of until I turned around to the side and he immediately he took ...my hand and said I'm Paul.. Mr. Powell and his team we're 100% behind me and there for me at a phone call away or a drop in at the office if you want a lawyer that cares that knows what he's doing he's your guy. He handled my car accident case as well as my daughter-in-law's accident case he even settled hers first. He'll tell you the truth and will give you your options .gives you time to process those options .he's very patient .he truly is a very kind man as well as a he'll of a lawyer..I am proud to say Mr Paul Powell is my lawyer.

I have never been in an accident before. I called Paul's office and met with him the same day. He was great and calmed my fears down quite a bit. I had a lot of anxiety. He made me feel like everything was going to be okay. In the end, he was right. Paul has done everything he said he would do f...or me and more. My case took about five months to settle, but he told me about his plan each step of the way. I know Paul has a busy office it seems, but I have never had a problem getting a call back from anyone in his office. I didn't know what to expect out of an accident. I got more money than I thought I would. I hope I never need Paul again. But if I do, or any of my friends and family members do, I would tell them to call Paul. He was a definite blessing.

I am a current client. I tried working with the other insurance company and they basically told me to pound sand and hire an attorney. Powell Law Firm was reccommended by a friend, so I called them. They were on my case the first day making sure I had the proper health care, vehicle, etc. If I leave ...a message, they diligently call me back. They communicate with me constantly through emails and phone. I don't understand the issues others have because I have not experienced that at all. They didn't have to take care of the personal property, however they did. I feel confident I made the right choice and they have taken very good care of me. I highly recommend calling them to be sure your rights are protected.

You never talk to anyone,you may leave messages for them,you may not get a reply for weeks,not true that you get more lawyer less fee, they will take most of your money I had a friend try Demolous it seriously was fantastic, they constantly update you with how your case is going and you get more law...yer less fees also they're not lazy they truly appreciate your business and will fight for you

I had a car accident in Aug.2017. I met with their team the next day. I was told to go thru their medical services.. I was given a list ..a car rental set up..and their treatment places. I made appointments. they told me to go see these medical places they use. I never missed an appointment. I did ...everything they advised me to do. I was told by their case manager Josh.....we are still waiting on the medical discounts to get settled....It was their companies that I used so I knew they would. NOPE. I was told they are not giving me ANY discount...What? All medical providers do. I should know, I did medical billing before. I was charged OVER $16,000 in MEDICAL FEES! And I didn't have surgery...just physical therapy. No discount because their accounts dept.manager Josh told me "They see your $50,000 insurance settlement payout from the accident?! What??!!. That should have no bearing. I was never disclosed this by amyone. I never saw an attorney after my first consultation. I should of just went thru my own medical..not yours? No discounts at all? I ended up paying their MEDICAL PLACES THEY TOLD ME TO GO SEE.. MORE THAN MY SETTLEMENT ! Hidden accounting costs not disclosed prior. I was so needing the money fast I signed and was done. I feel their is a "hidden pocket" being filled to them sending you to their medical services....yet they give no medical discount?? HUMMM FISHY. I was pleased with their staff to say something positive to my first experience with a accident claim. They were the only ones keeping in contact. Never saw Paul Powell..was told he sees everyone about their case. NOPE. IT UPSETS ME EVERY TIME I SEE HIS DUMB COMMERCIALS....MORE LAWYER LESS FEE.....REALLY??? YOU BETTER ADD...EXCEPT MY MEDICAL SERVICES.... THEY GET EVEN MORE THEN YOU OR ME!
