I graduated from the BYU J. Reuben Clark Law School (cum laude) in 1999.  I passed the Nevada Bar Exam and accepted a job as an insurance defense attorney that same year.  I transitioned from insurance defense to commercial litigation over the next 5 years.  I soon realized my forte and true passion was in helping those injured by the negligence or intentional acts or others recover for their injuries.  I accepted a job with one of the largest personal injury firms in Nevada in 2004.  During my almost 14 years at that firm, I gained invaluable experience.  I have settled literally thousands of cases with over $100,000,000 in settlements.  In 2017, I started my own personal injury firm - Lund Injury Law, LLC.  I truly enjoy helping injured people get the compensation they deserve.  Personal injury claims are complicated.  If you've been injured and think you don't need an attorney, think again, call Ben at.
