Andrew Ryan Guzik

Andrew Guzik is a Nevada litigator whose professional experience has focused primarily on insurance defense litigation and administrative law.  Mr. Guzik has represented and defended a wide range of clients including retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, shipping and delivery carriers, and others.

Mr. Guzik earned his law degree from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York; he completed the law school's demanding environmental law program, which is consistently ranked as one of the top programs in the nation. He previously served as the legal intern for the Office of General Counsel of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. In addition, while still in law school, Mr. Guzik successfully represented clients at administrative hearings before the New York State Department of Labor in Brooklyn, NY.

Mr. Guzik is a member of the American Bar Association.  He is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and Tennessee.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
