This was the culmination of a multiparty transaction that had lasted over eight months. It was clear that mistakes had been made and that inv...olving Jennifer earlier in the process would have both saved on cost, while also nettig myself more money with far less risk in a more timely matter. There was no second-guessing past decisions, nor was there any pressure to involve her in future dealings once it was understood that I had identified my errors. We discussed how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. Unquestionably, the importance of her involvement was made clear through my bottom line. Jennifer reviewed the facts surrounding my issue and then took over and diligently worked toward accomplishing our goal. My options were presented to me without bias and despite my best option resulting in less billable hours, the resolution was clear. Dealing with an absolute professional with expert knowledge and experience is very refreshing. I have witnessed attornies with lower standards direct their clients toward selfserving poor decisions in order to line their own pockets. I always felt that Jennifer had my best interest in mind. Looking back, she realized at one point that I may be leaning toward a far riskier emotional decision that may have ultimately cost me money. Clearer heads prevailed after I was urged to sleep on the matter. Knowing how poorly things could have played out I’m ecstatic about having her on my side and look forward to working with her in the future.
