I had the pleasure to work with Robert earlier this year on a business dispute that I had with a client. As I am overseas, I was concerned about collecting payment from my client - but also concerned to find the right attorney to work with. Robert's great advice, and keen understanding of both law and business, gave me the ability to clearly identify the cost/benefit associated with a new joint venture. To me, the costs & risks were too great, but with Robert's ongoing strategic counsel, I realized the deal was well within our company's... capabilities. His knowledge of financial markets and products also got us to consider (and purchase) certain hedges to further minimize our deal risk.
