About Michael
Biography
Mr. Maupin grew up in Las Vegas and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nevada Reno. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
Before attending law school Mr. Maupin worked for fifteen years in Northern Nevada schools teaching History, Government, Geography, and Theater among other subjects. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2015. Prior to coming to Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Maupin worked as a law clerk for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and for the Honorable Judge Lynne Simons in the Second Judicial District.
In his spare time Mr. Maupin enjoys participating in community theater, and is on the board of directors for the Good Luck Macbeth theater company.
