Kenneth E. Hogan

I initially had contacted Ken via a question posted on AVVO. He is giving of his time and very generous and honest. Unfortunately I have been dealing with one of the most horrendous lawyers I have ever come across. I was dealing with it all quite well, it was all due to the fact the client of the law...yer-who was third rate at best-has been doing all they can to avoid doing repairs and even had their lawyer attempt to illegally harass me out of the home (supported by complaints to hUD, FHA NEVADA AND DOB REAL ESTATE DIVISION CASE 2015-1477). I had been conducting myself more or less as a pro se attorney and was citing statutes and law and this lawyer was just being stubborn and acted like a child eventually just cutting contact despite my repeated efforts to get them to the table to talk but he saw it only one way and would not budge. Along with me Ken believed his intervention would help but he saw first hand what I was dealing with and we got nowhere further so he actually offered me a full refund. His advice, which is absolutely right, is that there are times you can be right or happy and in this instance being happy is more important. I just hope perhaps my story will save someone else from this company but in terms of representation he is a great lawyer who acts as a human and sees the human side.
