Biography
Attorney Michael C. Flaxman, earned his B.S.B.A., cum laude, in finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
Upon his relocation to Nevada, Mr. Flaxman clerked for a local firm which specialized in the areas of domestic relations and complex civil litigation. Since becoming a member of the State Bar of Nevada in 2013, Mr. Flaxman has focused his practice of law and honed his skills in the areas of complex divorce and post-divorce matters, complex civil litigation, criminal matters and personal injury while working for one of the preeminent law firms in Las Vegas for the previous four years. Additionally, Mr. Flaxman's background in finance and accounting are instrumental when dealing with complex litigation.
Mr. Flaxman is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association and Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Flaxman is admitted to appear in all Courts in the State of Nevada, including the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
