Hello, I'm Nevada estate attorney, Kat Arthur.
I practice in the areas of estate planning (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, etc.), business formation and planning (LLCs, Corporations, etc.) and probate administration.
I joined the boutique estate law firm of Phillips Ballenger shortly after graduating law school. I've worked in the areas of estate planning and probate for several years, both prior to and during law school, including a judicial externship with Probate Commissioner Wesley Yamashita in the 8th Judicial District Court, Las Vegas, NV.
I was born in Serbia but have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years. Outside of work, I love to travel and hang out with my friends, family, and 2 pups - you can also find me enjoying the Las Vegas sunshine by the pool.
