Chris Phillips formed the boutique estate law firm, Phillips Ballenger, with partner Tiffany Ballenger Floyd in January of 2013.
Chris has practiced exclusively in the areas of Nevada probate, trust and complex estate litigation for over 20 years. Chris routinely handles contested matters, bringing his expertise and trial experience to matters involving Nevada Will Contests, Nevada Probate Litigation, and Nevada Trust Contests.
Chris has represented professional and private fiduciaries, banks, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, creditors as well as fellow estate planning attorneys in probate and trust administration and litigation. Chris has also handled adult guardianship matters, representing guardians, wards, and professional fiduciaries in both contested and uncontested adult guardianship cases, including those dealing with misappropriation of a ward's assets and elder abuse.
