Suzanne R. Fitts

Suzanne R. Fitts is a member of the Lee Kiefer & Park, LLP probate and trust administration practice group and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in resolving contested and non- contested matters in an efficient and effective manner. With over twenty years of legal experience, Suzanne has not only represented individuals and families in trust and probate matters, but has also represented large business entities and financial institutions in transactional matters throughout the United States. During her tenure, Suzanne has become respected for her high ethical standards and legal ability which allow her to manage complex matters with successful results.

Suzanne is a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Prior to commencing her legal career, she graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and magna cum laude in International Relations from the same institution. During law school, Suzanne served as a law clerk for the Utah State Attorney General in Salt Lake City, Utah as well as a law clerk for the United States Senate Judiciary
Committee in Washington D.C.

Away from the office, Suzanne loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. Suzanne also speaks French as an additional language, having spent eighteen months in Paris, France as a volunteer church missionary during her early college years.
