Mr. Tanko was recommended to me, and I will be eternally grateful. Another attorney had written an 11th hour Will at my sister's deathbed, assigning me as Executor, that was weakly written and contradicted other legal instruments that were already in place. It required dealing with an estranged adult child in the East and me in the West, and selling a house, and setting up a Trust with the proceeds.
