First thing to remember when acquiring the services of a counsel is to find out first and make sure (and might as well pray) that the opposing party does not have the likes of Ms. Burr in their employ. I retained Ms. Burr in an unbundled capacity to handle the trial of my terribly complex child custody case and she breezed right through the hearing as if she just held a clinic on Trial 101. She practically made a demonstration on how the proceeding is managed ideally.
