Taylor was born in Henderson, Nevada and has lived in Clark County his whole life. Taylor earned his Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada, and his Bachelor of Arts in History, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
