I can’t fully express into words how grateful I am for Taylor. This was my very first car accident and I had no idea how to navigate any of the insurance process or even how to get all the phone calls to stop. From the first day that I retained Taylor as my lawyer, all of the phone calls stopped and ...any that would sneak through, he would take care of those. I spent 1.5 weeks without a vehicle and had no idea what the next steps were for my car and car rental which all got sorted the day after I talked with Taylor. I genuinely think it was the day after that my car was towed into the repair shop and I got a rental with no additional stress. I have not had to contact anyone other than Taylor and any questions/issues that I had, he would respond so quickly. I could not recommend him enough and would entrust him with anything. He is so kind and understanding and would always communicate any changes or issues. He is genuinely the best!
