Paul Robert Connaghan

Paul provides practical and creative solutions for individuals and businesses in commercial and real estate transactions, contracts and litigated disputes. He forms LLC's and corporations, negotiates and writes a variety of agreements, and brings parties together for a positive outcome in their business and real estate dealings. He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers.

Paul found a niche as a Mediator, having gained certification in Washington DC upon completing Pepperdine University School of Law's interactive training program with the Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution. After 25+ years in the legal profession, Paul understands: "The Mediator provides a key opportunity for people to pave their own path to justice without the fallout, expense and uncertainty at the mercy of the court system"

Paul's mission is to better the lives of others, making the most of his experience and knowledge in the law. Successful representation hinges on closely listening to and getting people's objectives, bringing about excellent results, promptly and affordably.

I carry out clients' strategies with corporations and limited liability companies (LLC), as well as other business organizations and asset protection and estate planning methods, such as wills and trusts.  I have successfully represented individual heirs, administrators and trustees in trust and estate administration both in and out of probate court.

Currently, I represent an intriguing business, Energy System Nevada, LLC (ESN). ESN owns the patent to game changing technology we expect will revolutionize oil and gas drilling. I assisted in the formation and our law firm serves as general counsel for ESN.  It owns the intellectual property rights to a unique, safer, environmentally friendly and money saving method and tool for surface (above ground) blowout prevention (BOP) on land-based oil rigs. 

I have served as an Arbitrator with the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. I enjoy volunteering on pro bono legal matters and further benefit the community via several volunteer and fund raising avenues.
