As a Managing Director for Duke Energy I worked with Linda for approximately 6 years. Her key role was to manage all legal aspects relating to the local, state and federal permitting for a 200mw wind project located in southern Nevada. The permitting for this project is very complex and required ex...tensive NEPA review. Linda managed the legal process for every step and her involvement allowed us to avoid numerous pitfalls a project such as this can encounter. She was also very helpful in the political arena as we were able to leverage her contacts at all levels of government through every step, to gain access to decision makers and other stake holders. Lastly, she also managed opposition litigation which included very carful coordination with Duke's in-house legal team In addition to her legal expertise she is very accommodating to clients needs, very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
