Where to start? Julie has helped me keep my family together and ultimately changed the outcome of my circumstances. I was being railroaded in court against my children's father and his lawyer for a year until Julie stepped in. Her first and ONLY court appearance for my family court case changed the t...une. I went from almost losing custody of my second child and fighting to regain custody of my first, to sharing joint legal and physical custody WITH the majority of the week for both that very day. She fought for me to have 4 days and 4 nights and won! The crazy part about it is she had only been retained on my case not even a week by the time the court date that was originally a month away, ended up being expedited to 2 DAYS AWAY! With Julie being a mother, she made me feel comfortable and related to my emotions. She told my story and told it well. Because of Julie I have been able to regain my confidence and rebuild my life in a way I couldn't have done without her. I hired Julie after I was told by other attorneys that unless we wanted to appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court, there was nothing that could be done. My friend was entenced to 19-48 months in High Desret Prison. Julie worked with the AG office and filed motions to have him released. After spending 2... weeks in the prison, he was release and his sentence deferred. He was released on OR and has summary probation where he only has to report once a year. She kept me in the loop daily on what was happening. The day he was to be released there was a small issue and she told me to call her when he was released even if it was midnight.
