DO NOT USE THIS DAVID FRANCIS FOR ANYTHING!!! I hired them through a friend to handle a routine traffic ticket. I met with them, they took my money and gave me a receipt (thank heavens!!). The assistant (Victoria), told me that the money I gave her would cover their fee and the traffic ticket. I ...asked her 3 times, “Am I done?” She said Yes, Yes, Yes! I called them 17 times before, on the day of the court appearance and after to get some confirmation paperwork. I never got a call back, no correspondence and the person who answers the phone said she knew it was done. I get a blue card from Clark County saying they were going to “send a uniformed officer to my home to arrest me!” I called back screaming and got the assistant on the phone. She said they took care of it and I never “paid the ticket??” What, I gave you the money? No, that was our fee. OK, whatever, what do I owe? She says the whole thing $380 and $190!! I call the court and speak to the Magistrate. He asked me who my lawyer was? And that they “did nothing on your case!” “ They never contacted us, never came to court, never adjudicated the ticket and that is why we issued the warrant!” Understandable! Now I have an arrest warrant and unpaid, un-litigated tickets! I could have been stopped, arrested, car impounded and that would have cost me a fortune! That is how much David Francis cares about his “clients!” Please do not hire this man!
