Ashley Brianne Gugino

Ashley B. Gugino is a trial lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, representing clients in complex personal injury cases. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ashley is second generation attorney, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Salvatore C. Gugino. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Juris Doctor with Distinction from McGeorge School of Law, completing concentrations in Intellectual Property Law and Business Law.

While in law school, Ashley was named to the Dean’s Honors List all three years and served as a Comment Writer and Primary Editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review, Vice President of the Intellectual Property Student Association, and Treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She was also the Publicity Committee Co-Chair on the Honor’s Board for the National Moot Court Competition Team and competed nationally in both the New York City Bar Association and American Bar Association moot court competitions.

When she is not practicing law, Ashley enjoys traveling and exploring foreign countries, cooking, and spending time with her partner, Rick, and their two dogs, Tiger and Seven.
