Tony was retained to represent my divorce and custody case. His retainer was paid in full at the time of signing the contract. He reminded me several times that I needed to make a payment because he had forgotten that I paid in full. His emails never used proper grammar, spelling or punctuati...on. Every email was signed "God Bless" and after one hearing he talked to me about being a non-believer for about 45 minutes. He tried to convert me and believed that was the reason I was put in his path. When we talked on the phone he would talk over me and not let me respond or ask questions. When I emailed questions he would call and yell at me and accuse me of being uncooperative. He requested an additional fee to go to trial and wanted to charge extra for discovery and subpoenas. 6 weeks before the trial fee was due, he informed me that he would be withdrawing from my case until I paid him the additional $5,000. Leaving me without representation during a very ugly custody battle. At a later date he told me he could no longer represent me because he had another case the same month as my trial and needed to prepare for that case. I do not recommend anyone to hire this attorney. Not I am a little over a month away from the court date and in need of finding a new attorney and paying a new retainer fee.

Tony has faught for me over the last eight years and has won every time in family court. We went through five opposing attorneys one who is now a District Court Judge. He has also helped my wife through a traumatic personal injury case which was all in our favor because of Tony's tenacity to always f...ight for what he believes its right concerning the law. He also has been an amazing friend who has listened and counseled us through tough storms in our lives. I have also referred many friends and family to Tony. All resulted in positive results. Tony has been a true blessing sent from God for our friends and family. TG
